· Provide Remote Technical Support to customers for the enterprise products
· Manage customer trouble tickets.
· Provide troubleshooting support and problem resolution to customers
· Good Communication skills.
· Basic understanding of hardware and networking issues.
· Windows PC troubleshooting competence.
· Groovy code (Requires some basic JAVA knowledge)
· Experience in HL7 (Health Level-7 standards)
· Good Knowledge & experience in SQL queries and Stored Procedures
· Basic knowledge on Windows servers
· Basics on JBOSS, ESB and AS2
· Good knowledge in XML and EDI
· Quick understanding of customers’ tactics and quick problem-solving skills
· Candidate should be able to Communicate well in Arabic
· Should be willing to work on Sunday to Thursday shift.

.Prior software testing and related documentations experience
