Responsibilities

  • Provide Remote Technical Support to customers for the enterprise products
  • Manage customer trouble tickets.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and problem resolution to customers
  • Windows PC troubleshooting competence.
  • Night shift Role

Skills/Experience

  • Skill Set: Email Writing, Good communication, SQL
  • Experience: 1-5 Years
  • Prior BPO experience is mandatory
  • Good Communication Fluency in English
  • Basic understanding of hardware and networking issues
  • Good Knowledge & experience in SQL queries and Stored Procedures
  • Basic knowledge on Windows servers
  • Basics on JBOSS, ESB and AS2
  • Good knowledge in XML and EDI
  • Quick understanding of customers’ tactics and quick problem-solving skills
  • Prior technical documentations experience
  • Investigative support, and help with IQs
  • Night Shift
